These are my stock account rules. If you can't abide by them, then don't use my stock. It's pretty simple and amazingly liberal.

* Do not claim anything in this account as your own.

* If you take it, comment on it. Simple as that.

* If you use any of my stuff, in any form or fashion, tell me. Comment on the submission, on my front page, or Note me. Any of those ways works just fine.

* Credit me. Seriously, please do. You have a variety of options on how to credit me. Mention Dark Avenger or cadkittenstock somewhere in your comment along with what you used that you're crediting to me. If you link to something, you can link here or to my website ([link]). Easy as pie.

* Do NOT repost my stuff anywhere else. What does this mean? It means don't take the file, download it, then upload it somewhere else. USING it for your work is different from reposting MY work. Keep that in mind.

* You may use my stock photos for any of the following: photomanipulations, backgrounds, pose references for artwork, or drawing from the photos. (Ask first about anything else; I'm nice as long as you are, so don't be afraid.)

* You may use my Photoshop stuff for any of the following: artwork or graphics (wallpapers, icons, etc.). (Again, ask first about anything else.)

* Textures can be used in photomanipulations, backgrounds, or as inserts into digital artworks (meaning you may use them as textures in photoshop, etc.).

* Your works using my stuff may be posted on any site, so long as I am provided a link to it.

* If you want to use anything from here in any form from which you could potentially gain money from its use, you MUST ask me first. I'll manage things on a case-by-case basis for now. (If you don't and I find your work floating around with my stuff in it and you gaining money from it, I won't hesitate to pick up the phone and call my lawyer friend. Don't doubt me, it's not in your best interest.)
